These terms govern your use of releeph.com.au and any purchase you make from Releeph (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our products

Our pieces are silk loungewear, made to order. We aim to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but the way they appear can vary between screens, so slight differences are normal. Because items are crafted once you order, please allow a delivery time of 7 to 14 days.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an error in the listing or price. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will let you know and arrange a full refund.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify. We do not store your card details.
• We may update prices, products, and offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

Discounts and early access

Promotional codes and early-access offers are subject to their own conditions, including eligibility, usage limits, and expiry. They cannot be combined unless stated, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery timing, returns, and refunds are covered in our shipping and returns information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Releeph name, logo, imagery, text, and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site to:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Interfere with the site's security or normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Copy, scrape, or misuse our content, or resell our products without permission.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their terms and policies apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Releeph is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the product or the cost of doing so. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of our site means you accept the updated terms.
