Releeph (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to releeph.com.au and to any orders, sign-ups, or communications you make with us. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways.

• Information you give us. Your email address when you join the waitlist, and your name, shipping address, email, and phone number when you place an order.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
• Information collected automatically. Basic device and usage data such as pages viewed, products browsed, and items added to cart, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfil your orders and send order updates.
• To send early-access invitations, drop announcements, and marketing emails where you have opted in.
• To recover abandoned carts and personalise what you see, based on your activity.
• To improve our products, website, and service, and to keep our store secure.

Email and marketing

When you join our waitlist or opt in, we add you to our email list to share early access, new drops, and occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Order confirmations and other essential service messages are not marketing and may still be sent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, under agreements that require them to protect it.

• Shopify, our commerce and checkout platform.
• Klaviyo, our email and marketing platform.
• Shipping, analytics, and advertising partners as needed to deliver orders and understand how our site is used.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning some off may affect how the site works.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we remove or de-identify it.

Your rights

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.

Our site is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
